Founder & Lead Translator
I immigrated to the United States from Port-au-Prince, Haiti, 16 years ago and have built a career dedicated to compliance, community advocacy, and public service. As a bilingual Haitian Creole and English speaker, I bring a unique perspective to bridging language and cultural gaps across diverse communities.
I hold a Certificate in Public Health from Northern Essex Community College, a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Curry College, and a Master’s in Legal Studies with a concentration in Business Law.
My professional experience began as a Case Manager with Boston Healthcare for the Homeless, where I spent four years helping individuals navigate complex healthcare and social service systems. In this role, I worked closely with the Haitian community, providing translation services, assisting with document completion, and ensuring that language barriers did not prevent access to essential resources.
I served as a Compliance Officer with the Massachusetts Department of Labor. In that capacity, I oversaw staffing agency compliance, labor practices, and policy adherence. I also collaborated with Haitian business owners to explain Massachusetts General Laws and labor policies, translating them into Haitian Creole to ensure understanding and compliance. Through this work, I emphasized the importance of onboarding practices and the proper distribution of employee documentation, reinforcing both regulatory standards and fair employment practices.
With a strong foundation in compliance, legal studies, and community engagement, I remain committed to advancing equity, accessibility, and integrity across every aspect of my work.
